His professional journey began in Human Resources, where he spent nearly a decade honing his team building and culture creation skills. However, when entrepreneurial opportunity came calling, he jumped into action with passion and persistence.

Despite the challenges of a couple of start-up failures, his consulting expertise landed him back in corporate, as President of a Merchant Services provider, where he grew the portfolio to over $2.5 billion, before an industry-leading exit.

Driven by his knack to hire the right person, the first time and every time, Jensen wrote his first bestseller The Naked Interview: Hiring Without Regret and created an online course to help others do the same — The Hiring Academy, which has trained over 50,000 users.

What followed was the rocket-ride still orbiting today — David became a Fortune 50 motivational speaker, sharing the stage with the likes of Richard Branson, Grant Cardone, Les Brown, and many more — presenting in Silicon Valley, at universities, US military bases, and for private groups internationally.

This passion evolved into the 728 Network, providing the exact tools for 7-figure business owners to break the 8-figure glass ceiling and grow their ventures.
